I'm Jack Bauer, and...well, I could tell you more but it's mostly classified.
[Jack is a caucasian male in his early 40s, of medium height with a stocky build. With his dark blond buzz cut and boyish face, blue-green eyes and soft voice, he doesn't look terribly imposing. However, the soft face and tailored suit are a front for someone well-trained in the use of weapons and hand-to-hand combat, a former special operations team leader for the military and Director of Field Ops at the L.A. division of the Counter-Terrorism Unit.
Jack originally arrived in Milliways a couple months before the beginning of Season 4 of 24. He was in the bar until June 2005, when he returned to live out Day 4, thinking at the time that he was going to die at the end of that day. After faking his death, he returned to Milliways, where he was hired onto bar Security, and started a relationship with Christine Chappelle. However, when they broke up in January of 2006, Jack left the bar, planning only to be gone for a few days. He walked out to May 7, 2010.
He wouldn't find the door again until May 8th, 2011.
During that year, he travelled around Southern Europe and North Africa, trying to shake anyone that might find out he was still alive, before finally settling near the village of Lakefield in Ontario, Canada. For one year, he had no contact with any of his friends or family, and it was a long, lonely year; something that makes him value being with them--and more protective of them--more than ever before.
Physically, his hair is shorter, he's thinner and he has a few more scars. Personally, he hasn't changed too much, beyond the fact his wariness and reserve around people he doesn't know well has deepened somewhat, after months of hiding behind a fake name and persona. With friends and family, though, it's just the opposite; he's likely to be a little more open. Well, eventually.
State of the Pup Address for Sept, 2006: Jack is currently still reeling from his capture and five-week long imprisonment and torture at the hands of the Chinese, as well as the death of his best friend Tony Almeida during the first (failed) rescue mission. Luckily he has a lot fo support from his family and friends, particuarly as he now has his identity back, after meeting with the U.S. government. He can start his life again, see his daughter and soon-to-be son-in-law, and be with Chris Chappelle, the woman he loves. Even if he feels like he doesn't deserve to his life, when Tony doesn't have his anymore.]

(See? When he's not shooting suspects or disobeying
superiors, he's just your average nice guyin a bulletproof vest! Really!)
[Jack is from the TV series 24 and is the creation of Robert Cochran and Joel Surnow, property of Fox and Real Time Productions. I am not affiliated with them, nor am I making any money off this. This journal is solely for roleplyaing at . Jack is played by
